Hello Hotel, Swinton (Greater Manchester)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed, but the noise from the reception door was quite disruptive. The service was excellent overall, although some late-night glass disposal was noisy. The location was great for specific activities but suffered from early morning disturbance. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely and clean, and I even enjoyed a decent coffee from the machine. The service was top-notch, with all staff being very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for my business trip, and the grab-and-go breakfast was a great start to the day. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with pre-ordering and dry food. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the popular bar and restaurant Albert's, which is great for gatherings and offers delicious Eggs Florentine for breakfast. The rooms are in the standard premier inn layout and come with complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and a bottle of water, though there was a slight musky smell possibly due to warm weather. The service was informative, but there were disturbances early in the morning and breakfast ended promptly. The dining options included a 'grab and go' bacon/sausage roll with tea and coffee, but guests expected a fuller breakfast. The immediate surroundings include a dual carriageway, and encounters with a possibly intoxicated receptionist.
